  • How long will It take to recieve my order
    You will recieve the tracking number for the order as soon as the order is shipped. People tend to recieve their packages in 3-4 buiness days. There are instances that these orders are delayed due to the shipping company. In these cases, please contact us at shishaclubtoronto@gmail.com
  • What is the return policy?
    Returns are only accepted on non-flavour items. Once we have recieved the package, we will send the refund immediately.
  • What should I do if the flavour is expired?
    If you recieve an expired flavour, please don't hesitate to send us an email and we will send another flavour free of charge.
  • What if I am sent the wrong flavour?
    If there is an instance where you have recieved the wrong flavour, please send us an email at shishaclubtoronto@gmail.com, and we will resolve the issue.
